<물고기 이야기>의 한 챕터를 구성한다. 세큘라는 해운업과 및 해상 교역 뿐만 아니라 전지구적 수송체계를 움직이고 있는 사람들에게도 렌즈의 초점을 맞추었다. 주로 다루어진 내용은 그의 에세이에서와 마찬가지로, 근대화가 초래한 환경적 손실과 인간이다.

“Seventy in Seven” was photographed in South Korea in September 1993. It constitutes one chapter of Fish Story, Allan Sekula’s opus magnum, which grew out of the artist’s seven-year-long journey between harbors and port cities across the globe. With his lens trained on the shipping industry, maritime trade and the people who make the global transport system work, Sekula is committed (as in his essayistic writing) to showing the human and environmental costs of our modernity.
